When returning a product(s) you MUST contact our office
to obtain a Return
Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returning products without an RGA number
may delay your refund.
Unless defective or damaged in shipping, all customized
items, hand made, (e.g.
personalized mailboxes, address plaques, etc.) are nonrefundable. Products
damaged in shipping must be left in the box as you received them along
with
all original packing materials. BEFORE RETURNING GOODS CALL US FOR
RETURN
INSTRUCTIONS!
Except as previously noted, products may be returned within
30 days of
purchase for a full refund. Customer is responsible for shipping charges,
sending or receiving. Any of our special "free shipping" items that are
returned to us will be charged the original shipping costs. Customer will
pay for return shipping charges along with any restocking fee's.
Products must be returned in original packing material and
have at least 2
inches of packing around entire package. You may want to insure the item.
Keep in mind that UPS and the United States Postal Service does not cover
items that are damaged by poor packaging.
When returning an item, please do the following:
1) Include RGA number with your name and address.
2) Return all products in original packaging, and pack them securely.
3) Consider insuring your package even when returning damaged goods.
You are responsible for the safe return of any product.
4) You may choose any method of shipping Fed Ex Ground, UPS Ground,
USPS, whichever is least expensive for you.
